08 / Checklist
We launched with a single truck and a small fleet of units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or somebody I'd trust on my own property. We're family-run, so if something isn't right with a unit, that's on us, and we correct it that same day.
I track the full schedule on one board in our office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that's exactly when we show up. If anything shifts, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.
